 OPTION 1: The All-Inclusive Lifetime Package

Secure your spot in paradise with our pre-completion buy-in. This gives you input on the design and floor plan of your unit. You have the option to use, sublet, or sell your unit. And a guaranteed all inclusive low monthly rate.

  • Investment: $35,000 (Full-Time Lease hold)
  • Monthly Fee: $1,250 per person (based on double occupancy) | $2,000 for a single individual.
  • All monthly fees include meals, utilities, housekeeping, laundry, Wi-Fi, and access to all amenities. (Alcohol not included).
  • Term: 20 Years or Your Lifetime (whichever is LONGER). Sale is limited to 20 years from original purchase date.

OPTION 2: Seasonal Retirees

Perfect for those looking to escape the northern or southern hemisphere winter. Includes first choice on floor plans.

  • Northern Hemi (Nov 1 – Apr 30): $30,000 buy-in.
  • Southern Hemi (May 1 – Oct 31): $30,000 buy-in.
  • Monthly Fee: Same monthly rates apply (see Option 1).

OPTION 3: Flexible Short-Term Stays

Not ready to commit? Experience our lifestyle with no long-term contract.

  • Weekly Rate: $750 (Single) / $800 (Couple)
  • Standard Hotel Rate: $165 per night (Includes meals).
