We offer flexible term options to suit your lifestyle, from permanent residency to seasonal escapes. All monthly fees include meals, utilities, housekeeping, laundry, Wi-Fi, and access to all amenities. (Alcohol not included).
OPTION 1: The All-Inclusive Lifetime Package
Secure your spot in paradise with our pre-completion buy-in. This gives you input on the design and floor plan of your unit. And a guaranteed all inclusive low monthly rate.
Investment:
$35,000 (Full-Time) / $30,000 (Winter Only – See Option 2) $40,000 for double loft. With this you have the option to rent out your unit on a 50/50 net split. You can even trade your time with house swapping sites and travel the world.
Monthly Fee:
$1,250 per person (based on double occupancy) | $2,000 for a single individual.
Term:
20 Years or Your Lifetime (whichever is LONGER).
OPTION 2: The “Winter Only” Escape
Perfect for those looking to escape the northern or southern hemisphere winter. Includes first choice on floor plans.
Northern Hemi (Nov 1 – Apr 30):
$30,000 buy-in.
Southern Hemi (May 1 – Oct 31):
