4. Overselling and availability. We are only selling Timeshares on 2 out of 6 units and we will not sell more than 24 weeks per unit. So availability should always be good.
HOW WE CAN DO IT
5. How do we do it? Well, for starters we are not a greedy corporation, where everything is a profit center. We are an award winning couple who have established the brand Aahh Bali since 2010. Winning awards from TripAdvisor, booking.com and more. We are expanding our offerings in a boutique multi purpose venue. Timeshare is only one part of our operation. We will have regular rooms available as well as senior living options, our own restaurant with our 5-star Chef, and in-house spa. All this will help cover the cost of what traditional Timeshares want you to pay every year whether you come or not. So we can offer you a no annual fee timeshare.
Being a small business, our reputation is everything to us. We offer these timeshares in the same tradition that kept our B&B #1 in Jimbaran on TripAdvisor for over 10 years.
6. With our no annual fee approach, and flexible use plan, you have no recurring debt and something of value to sell should you choose to exit. If you buy-in at 2 weeks a year you have 40 weeks spread over 20 years. But it gets better than that. We do not limit you to how many of those weeks you can use in one year and your 40 weeks will not expire for 20 years. So if you want to use 4 weeks or 40 weeks in your first year you are free to do so.
VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY
7. Let’s break this down for you. Say you buy a standard room for 2 weeks peak season for $12000 USD. That breaks down to $300 a week $42.85 per night for an ocean view room in a boutique facility with a 5x12x2.5m infinity pool, tennis/pickleball court, in-house restaurant and day spa that will normally rent for $189 a night. This is something you wouldn’t feel guilty about selling to a friend or family member if you couldn’t use it anymore for whatever reason. And the value not only still holds but gets better as prices rise over time. The only limiting parameter is the 20 years. So if you sell whatever weeks you haven’t used they must be used within your original 20 year window. SEE GALLERY
THEIR WAY
1.Never ending and increasing annual fees. No such thing as no annual fee timeshare here at any price.
2. You can only use as many weeks as you buy in one year, and some may expire if not used within a certain period. A 2 week package gives you 2 weeks a year. That’s it!!
3. Usually, people have to use third parties like RCI or Interval International which adds another annual fee to your vacation expenses whether you get to use them or not.
4. One of many complaints about Timeshares is that the properties are notoriously over sold and booking the weeks you want can be difficult if not near impossible.
5. Traditional Timeshare properties are usually operated by big hotel chains and are historically ruthless in their business practices. It is a fact that high pressure sales people are encouraged to lie to you and tell you whatever they have to so you’ll buy into their property. Their terms and conditions are extremely one sided and narrow when it comes to serving you after the sale.

6. The traditional timeshare resellers market is as if not more ruthless than the business itself. So much so that there are companies opened for the sole purpose of getting people out of their timeshare property. These companies are scams and market themselves to timeshare owners with the promise of getting them out of their timeshare property and ending those burdensome annual fees. Of course, they want upfront money to get you out of this obligation and they never deliver. After enough complaints to the Better Business Bureau they disappear as quickly as they popped up. 7. Looking at this logically, selling a traditional timeshare in the resellers market is like asking someone to buy a never ending debt that, in many cases, carries on to your heirs. They have a brief window after your demise to reject the timeshare. Otherwise, they are stuck with it too.
