Seniors living in Bali
Yes, there are certain requirements for the Senior Residence Plan that do not apply to other types of guests or Timeshare holders Although we are an ADULT facility. This is how Aahh Bali Works.
You must be 55 or older to qualify for a retirement Visa. But now with the D12 system and Digital Nomad visas there is no age requirement.

You must be ambulatory
Financially capable of affording ABSR
Covid requirements have been dropped. No other special shots are required by us or Indonesia to travel or settle here.
You may not have severe cognitive impairment and must be stable and predictable
You may not have extensive medical needs, but needing assistance is not disqualifying
We can not supply medical equipment. Items you use and currently own are the exception. Such as CPAP or oxygen. These would be your personal items. We can help you source things like oxygen and medication, but the ultimate purchase would be your responsibility. Many more items are available in Indonesia over the counter or online than in many other places.
We are a non-smoking facility, but for those who must, a scenic walk here is amazing.
OPENING DATE, RESERVING A ROOM, PAYMENT OPTIONS,
Our target date for Seniors living in Bali has been pushed back due to funding and construction delays, however we are looking at 90-120 day turnaround for anyone buying into a unit.
RESERVING A ROOM
How Aahh Bali’s Senior Plan works to reserve your room will require 2/3rds down and we will guarantee a move in date withing 90-120 days. The balance will be due upon your taking occupancy. You will always retain the right to sell the balance of your 20 year term to anyone. But the term will be fixed at that point on 20 years from your occupancy date. Of course if you stay the term is your lifetime even if it exceeds that 20 year mark.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Of course, people can pay their month to month fees, by ACH, wire transfer, cash, credit card (MC/VISA), PayPal, Zelle, WISE, or any other payment method that works for both of us. These transactions can take place here or from a US bank to a US bank to save you international wire fees. Residents will be responsible for any fees associated with these transactions. Residents will be required to let us know when they will not be using the property so that we can list it for rent. If you choose to rent it yourself to friends or family or anyone you may do that as long as the occupancy does not exceed two and the occupants are adults and the rent is paid.
OCCUPANCY
Whether you want to come alone, with a spouse, a sibling, or even a friend. We are here to serve without preference or judgment. Obviously, a couple related or not would find it much more affordable to share the expense. Maximum 2 per room not counting the occasional visitor, who will have to pay for food. Please remember alcohol is not included.
