Located in East Bali between Amlapura and Amed, our residence is away from the hustle and bustle of south Bali tourism and the rainier parts of the island, so you can enjoy sunshine and sea breezes year-round with a fabulous retirement package. Our building is south-facing with views of the Lombok Strait, Nusa Penida, and Lombok and sits in a little climate pocket that is our little piece of heaven.
Our primary format is rentals, but we’re offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own one of our loft units for $200,000. And it’s not just real estate you’re buying – it’s a complete retirement package. HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT YOU” LL GET IN OUR RETIREMENT PACKAGE
For your $200,000 you will receive all the services and amenities outlined on our main page, it’s all in the details. But just to summarize here are the highlights.
1. Ocean-view loft one-bedroom unit. The loft can act as a second bedroom or office/study.
2. Ocean view dining inside or out. Three meals a day prepared by our 5 Star Chef*
3. High-speed internet on a 43″ flat screen in your room and throughout the property.
4. We give you access to an in-house streaming library of movies, TV programs, books, and music.
5. You’ll get amenities like a 16′ x 39′ Infinity pool, In-house day spa/salon, office center, restaurant, and (tennis/pickleball court when finished).
6. Immigration assistance. We will always get you the best available rates on visas
7. VIP pickup and transport from the airport once a year
8. You’ll only pay our cost on all tours and excursions
9. We will provide and pay for your personal assistant.***

11. Daily Massage from your personal assistant. STOP! Don’t gloss over this one. If you aren’t familiar with massage, a daily massage will reduce or eliminate those morning aches and pains that come with aging. You won’t believe the difference.

15. Financing is available for half of the total buy-in at zero percent interest. You pay $25,000 up front. 90 days later move into your fully furnished ocean view unit for the $75,000 balance. We will finance the other $100,000 at zero percent interest for 5 years. Pay this anyway you like with the minimum payment of $20,000 a year. You can pay monthly, quarterly, semi annually or annually. That’s up to you.
16. A quick look at ROI. Buy-in vs Rental. A couple in a loft unit at $3650 a month would see their investment recovered in 54.8 months or 4.57 years if you buy in cash. That means during the recovery period all your basic expenses are 100% covered including food. After that, you only have your own food costs to cover.
17. TERM: The term is 20 years or your lifetime, whichever is longer. Say you need a more caregiver oriented facility. Rental income from your unit will help to offset those costs. OR, if you prefer to stay with us, we will make the necessary arrangements for 24/7 caregivers and only charge our actual cost. Keep in mind staff here is dramatically less than what you are probably used to and we are talking about one on one care. If you should pass away before the 20 year term is up, your heirs can use the unit or take the rental income for the remainder of the term
* Your meals are fully covered for 5 years with the exception of specialty items and alcohol. After that, you will only be charged our actual food costs. You can buy it yourself or shop with us and we will prepare it for you for free. See who we are.
OPTION 2
You can buy into a loft unit for $35,000 and reduce the cost to $2000 a month for an individual or $2500 for couple. OR for $25,000 buy into a standard unit at the same monthly rate. These options are all inclusive just like option 1, but without a term limit. A pre-completion buy-in also gives you design options on layout and furnishings and a 90-120 move in window.
OPTION 3
Our regular senior package is a week to week rate of $750 for a single, $800 for a couple in a standard room with all the services of Options 1 and 2, without a term. Loft units will be $50 more.
Standard Rates will be all inclusive $150 per night for a standard room $165 for a loft unit.
